Team Summaries	Roughriders Notes: Although missing a few key starters, the Roughriders pulled together to beat one of the league leaders. Middies hustled, attack finessed and the defense shut 'em down. The Roughriders knew something good was happening after winning the first half, 1-0, on a goal by Alex Lee. Everyone kept their concentration and three more goals were scored in the third by Pat Geoghegan, Alex Lee and Peter Bruckner, on assists from Tom Halleran and Jake Homchick. Bruckner added insurance in the fourth on another nice assist from Homchick. Homchick garners ground ball honors once again. The Rider defensive squad and Kurt Preuss receive game ball honors. Go Riders! Franklin Notes: 'CUT THE HEAD OFF, AND THE BODY WILL WITHER.' That is what sums up the game for Fanklin. Without there all star middie Franklin is a very beatable team. Take nothing away from Roosevelt. They played their hearts out and like a team that was on mission. Scott and Todd did a fine coaching job. Great job by that defense. The keeper was steller in the cage. Nothing but high praises and props to Roosevelt for schooling Franklin, and bringing us back to reality. Good luck the rest of the season Roosevelt. 'Rah, Rah, Riders!'
