RollerFest
Saturday/Sunday/June 21-22

What: A weekend outdoor ball Roller Hockey tournament, much like the defunct NHL Breakout series played in the Washington, DC Mall area. Major League Roller Hockey pro-style announcer with player introductions, great music and game presentation. Random prize drawings and awards, RH vendors, swap shop, skills competition booths & more.

Where: Alexandria In-Line rink at the Hammond School on Seminary Road
? Alexandria In-Line Hockey (AIHA) operates on a lighted, 175' x 75', outdoor rink located
behind the Francis Hammond Middle School at 4646 Seminary Road in Alexandria, Virginia.
The rink is one minute from the intersection of I-395 and Seminary Road. It is primarily a
ball hockey rink.

Format: Games consist of two 18-minute periods (Youth, 15-minute periods), all teams guaranteed minimum of three games.

Divisions: Adult Elite, B, C and Co-ed Divisions plus High School (17 & U), 14 & U, 10 & U

Awards: Trophies to 1st and 2nd place teams in all divisions. Wining High School and youth teams qualify for the Major League Roller Hockey National Championships in Philadelphia, August 23 & 24 (This is a puck event).

Fee: $150 per team, $125 to Alexandria In-Line member teams (or new tournament teams made up of AIHA members).

Eligibility: To foster more of a balanced skill level in the tournament, the following controls will be in place, based upon the Alexandria Inline Hockey weekly leagues. Tournament officials reserve the right to place non-AIHA teams in appropriate Divisions.
? The B level may have up to 2 A level (i.e. Tues. night) players on the team
? The C and Co-Ed level may have up to 2 B level (i.e. Mon. night) players on the team, but no A level
