Below is an update of the Middle School League playoff schedule and dates. Please keep in mind that the entirety of the schedule is barring no weather-related or unforeseen circumstances regarding school closures. Every team in every division makes the playoffs. Depending on the division, there may be no teams, one team or multiple teams that have first-round byes. All championship games will take place at Riverside HS’s main gym on Sunday, March 11. Specific game times and playoff brackets will be distributed upon the conclusion of each divisions regular season. We cannot distribute this information until all scores are reported following the last game of the season. Please be timely in reporting your scores the last game. Tiebreaker procedures if necessary: 1. Head to head 2. Points allowed 3. Points for 4. Coin flip Playoffs for all divisions are single elimination. Girls JV - Top two teams get a bye - Play-in games (8 v. 9 and 7 v. 10) – Sunday, Feb. 25 - Quarterfinal games – Sunday, March 4 - Semifinals – Saturday, March 10 - Finals – Sunday, March 11 Girls Varsity - Top team gets a bye - Opening round – Saturday, March 3 - Quarterfinals – Sunday, March 4 - Semifinals – Saturday, March 10 - Finals – Sunday, March 11 ALL BOYS DIVISIONS - Top three teams get a bye - Opening round – Saturday, March 3 - Quarterfinals – Sunday, March 4 - Semifinals – Saturday, March 10 - Finals – Sunday, March 11 |
