A goalie playing any level below his/her lowest listed league without prior approval from Sean Taylor is subject to possible forfeit of game(s) played including but not limiting to playoff/finals game(s). Goalies wishing to be added or removed from to the goalie list please contact the hockey director ALL GOALIES MUST HAVE VALID USA HOCKEY INSURANCE AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF.
