| Description | Check in Night Wed, June 29th 6-7pm at San Ramon Valley HS (front of large gym) Drop off your paperwork and we will give you your Summerball jersey!!! Thursdays, 5:00-6:30 pm for incoming 6th & 7th graders Requirements to play: Must be signed up through sPortability Must have signed paperwork for the following forms: Medical treatment form Liability release form If you dont have this information above completed you CANNOT play. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please bring Medical and Liability forms to Check in Night Wed June 29th. Rules: NO FIGHTING! Fighting will not be tolerated. If you fight you're out of Summerball no question, no refund. Bring your own water supply and lacrosse equipment. Have fun and play some lacrosse. |
