SAQ=Speed, Agility,Quickness For players who are entering or are already part of 'the competition phase' (U12-U18) the sessions will aim to develop soccer specific fitness in the following areas through use of SAQ training, circuit training, interval training, plyometrics, body-weight exercises and strength training: Physical conditioning Multidirectional speed, agility and dynamic movement Balance and stability Dynamic movement Object control Strength Explosive Power Cardiovascular endurance Starts Sept 9 and ends on Oct 28 SAQ @Beach, Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm |
