No refunds after this date. Changes for Spring 2013. Please read carefully. The Wildwood Parents Club is thrilled to present the schedule for the Spring session. These classes are organized by parent volunteers and taught by local experts and organizations. The classes are all held on site in a room at Wildwood such as the Auditorium, Multi Use Room, Room 6, the lower playground and the Library. All profits from these classes, after paying instructors and minimal admin fees, are returned to the school to support on-going programs. Many classes fill up quickly so please be sure to sign up on time. 1.) All classes will start at 3:10 (Wednesdays at 1:55) rather than at 3:05 (or 1:50). Students are still asked to go directly to their class after dismissal, but the class will not officially start until 3:10. This will allow kindergartners to be on time after their later dismissal, and allow instructors adequate time to set up. 2.) Most classes will be one hour still ending at 4:10 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or 2:55 on Wednesdays. However, some classes, will run for 75 or 90 minutes. The fees will be higher for these classes. These include Video Game Design, We-Do and Harry Potter. 3.) There are four new classes this session. Glass Fusing Art Class on Mondays (Gr 4-5), Homework Club on Wednesday (Gr 4-5), We-Do Lego Robotics on Thursdays (Gr K-2) and Harry Potter on Fridays (Gr 2-5) 4.) Art with Suzie will be the only class using a lottery this session. If you are interested in either the Tuesday or Wednesday Art class, please register for the lottery. You will only pay for your spot after your son or daughter has been selected for the class. All other classes will be open on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will open on Sunday March 24th at 4pm rather than midnight. 5.) If you need to drop a class at any time after you sign up, there will be a 6% processing fee. Even if you signed up in error, choose a different class, or make a change that same day, 6% of the fee will NOT be returned. This new fee is to offset expenses charged to the Wildwood Parents Club by Sportability. Choose your classes carefully. 6.) The first week of all classes will be considered a trial week. If you register for a class and your son or daughter does not like the class during the first week, you may request a refund (less the 6% fee as stated above). The deadline for requesting this refund is April 27th at 4pm and you will be requested to acknowledge your understanding of the refund policy during the registration process. If you request a refund after this time, it will be denied. There will be no exceptions to this rule. 7.) Scholarships are available. Please contact Principal Carol Cramer.
