Euphoria at the end of a perfect season. Thanks Sammamish for a great game.

A team effort all the way. While top Sammamish defender Sam Chapman kept Colter Clinch from exploding on offense, JD Chapman continued to press the attack, working around the crease with Keaton House. The balanced attack was complemented this day by scores and assists from midfielders Evan Schnitzius, Tyler Paris and Daniel McKee.
Defense was once again the ingredient that completed the team success. Hustling middies like Andrew Roth and lightning fast Zach Verbeck rode up and down the field preventing several plays from developing.
LSM Trevor Brown (playing with a broken thumb for the past several games) spoiled several Sammamish offensive plans; he had the most ground balls for the day and overall for the season.
Neck and neck on gb stats was tenacious defenseman Clemens Mitchell; while dropping a couple gbs behind Trevor Brown in this last game of the season, he made up for it clearing coast to coast and scoring a goal. D Pole Cameron Schmidt was the calming presence on the defensive end, scooping 4 gbs and completing several clears. Jacob Dransfield steered the defense strategy and his good stick skills helped keep the attack hands occupied.
Goalie Dalton Combs...heart and soul quick reflexes and running back instincts when clearing complete the package; 67% saves today and similar stats throughout the year to cap an awe-inspiring season.
