East Ocean Cheese Puffs 11 vs. Alameda Theater Speed 7
The Cheese Puffs defeated the Speed 11-7 in a tough defensive contest. Guards Maddie Kao and Adrien Ha played outstanding perimeter defense, while center Rowan Esquer and forward Chantel Zavala-Sherdian closed off the middle. Forward Teagan Waterloo grabbed several key rebounds. With the victory, the Puffs finished undefeated 10-0 in the regular season and enter the playoffs as the 1 seed.
