(cookies are safe) The cookie is a globally unique ID (GUID) which your browser returns to us with each subsequent request. This is how we are able to provide you with customized content. The value of the cookie is only the GUID, and the cookie expires (deletes itself) when your session here ends. The pages we send to your browser contain only HTML and javascript. Javascript (not Java) allows us to double check forms before you submit them, swap images and perform other minor miracles.
