ADULT HOCKEY COORDINATOR  4/14/2004 9:44:00 AM  Email	Arapahoe Adult Hockey League (AAHL) SUMMER 2004 *Division estimated nights of play: Division Week-night Game start times B Sunday 5:00pm—10:40pm C-1 Wednesday & Thursday 8:30pm—10:40pm C-2 Monday & Tuesday 8:30pm—10:40pm C-3 Monday 8:30pm—10:40pm D-1 Saturday & Sunday 5:00pm—10:40pm D-2 Friday & Saturday 5:00pm—10:40pm D-3 Sunday 5:00pm—10:40pm Women Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30pm—10:40pm *These times and weeknights are based on a consistent schedule. However, time will be taken off for Memorial weekend and 4th of July weekend, therefore causing games to be added during the week to make-up for lost weekend game times. In addition summer hockey camps occasionally push start times later. Furthermore, leagues may be combined or split in an effort to establish 6 or 8 team Divisions. Captains Timeline April 20, 7:00pm –Captains Meeting in banquet room Family Sports Center · Team Registration · $1760 deposit · 16 individual player registrations due May 4, 7:00pm—League meeting, banquet room Family Sports Center · Schedules · Rules clarifications May 10—Begin play League fees are based on individual player registration. Each player must be individually registered with AAHL and is responsible for payment of league fees ($220 + $25 non-district fee) to play in AAHL. Players who wish to register as a team must pay league fees ($220 per player plus $25 non-district fee)for each player rostered. A minimum of 16 players is required. Players on multiple teams must pay minimum league fees and non-district fees for each and every team they are rostered with.

kenny wilson  3/27/2004 6:54:00 PM  Email	There have been some questions about rosters and players who are not on the rosters. So we will be checking all ID's before every game. This will clear up any questions regarding the rosters. Please make sure all players on your roster are the players who are playing in the games.
BLu--Ice Supervisor  3/16/2004 9:34:00 AM  Email	We are sorry about the delay in issuing the AYHL playoff schedule. We are currently having difficulty with some regular season scheduling changes. If your team has remaining regular season games, please keep a close eye on Sportability as we are changing back to the original schedule and then will be moving some games to earlier times. If you are unsure of a certain game, please call us 48 hours prior to the game in question,for an update.
Adult Hockey Coordinator  2/7/2004 1:24:00 PM  Email	At NO time is there to be any alcohol comsumption at Family Sports in areas other than already designated by the facility. The only area where alcohol is permitted is in the Avalanche Grill. Any violation of this by players will be fined and adressed by the Adult Hockey Coordinator, regardless of USA Hockey Rules. Please follow the rules in which the facility has established. I thank you in advanced for your cooperation in this manner.

Adult Hockey Coordinator  1/2/2004 5:47:00 PM	Just want to remind all of the teams and captains that all of the roster changes should of been completed by the end of 2003. You will not be able to add anyone else to your rosters unless appoved by Blu. Also if your players are wearing different numbers than on the roster please notify the socrekeepers before the games. We can't keep stats unless the captains let us know for those of you who keep up on that sort of thing. It is also hard to keep changing goalie stats. We can only keep them on the main goalies. BLu--Ice Supervisor  12/10/2003 9:09:00 AM  Email	Practice Ice!!! Holiday Ice available $150 per hour (Primetime). Start times range from 7:30am to 10:00pm beginning December 22 and ending January 3. Lots of time to choose from, bring the whole family. An Ice Rental Contract and a waiver form must be signed by all participants, unless a specific team is practicing with registered players only on the ice. Ice will go fast--and may be rented for any increments of time ending in zero (60, 70, 80, etc. minutes). ADULT HOCKEY COORDINATOR  12/5/2003 9:15:00 AM  Email	Adult Hockey Over Christmas Holiday. We recently cancelled Ice from a Youth Tournament and would like to host an Adult Tournament or non-league games. The games would be scheduled Saturday, December 27 through Tuesday, December 30 between the hours of 2pm and 10pm (the Afternoon is also available on Dec. 26). Please contact BLu at BLum@ssprd.org to register your team. AAHL players may switch teams for the tournament, but rosters must be set prior to play. The fee will be $150 per game per team. This includes icetime, ref's and scorekeepers. AAHL (USA Hockey) rules apply. Non-AAHL players will be charged a one time additional fee of $16 for insurance.
