I know that the umpires for the minor league are young and inexperienced but couldn't someone tell them that strikes are shown by extending the right arm and saying "Strike"? Most of the umpires don't make any indication of what the pitch was and if they do speak it is not loud enough for those of us watching to hear. This is a small thing that could be done to make watching the games more fun.
