Hello PHBA Families,
Just a reminder…Opening Day is Saturday, March 14th. The parade begins at 8am sharp! Please drop off the players/children between 7:15-7:30am at Sequoia Elementary School. We will NOT be using Sequoia Middle School. The parade will march from Boyd to southbound Patterson Blvd and will make a left onto Hawthorne and into the Pleasant Hill Baseball Association’s Sports Complex.
Once at the Sports Complex, there will be brief ceremony, followed by a police K9 demonstration. Following the demonstration, there will be other activities throughout the day at the park, to include a wonderful tri- tip BBQ.
Don’t forget, all teams will be playing their first game on Opening Day.
If you’re still in need of volunteer hours, please contact me as soon as possible for an assignment. I’m also looking for those who would be willing to do face painting.
