Description	Along with one of Bay Area Children's Theatres teaching artists, students will write, rehearse, and perform their own original theatre production. Using 2-4 songs from popular Broadway musicals, the class will write their own story to connect the songs in a narrative, activating concepts such as setting, plot, character, climax, and resolution. Students will develop basic theatre skills including staging, blocking, choreography, and tableau. Ultimately, the class will combine all of these skills to perform their short musical for other students and families.
