Description	Cooking for Superhumans is brought to us by the same team who brought Aldrin students the popular “Farm over Factories” school assembly! This unique and practical cooking skills program incorporates real food and nutrition guidance in eight (8) fun and hands-on workshops! The program teaches the students the impact of better food choices and real world experiences to help students customize their own, unique guide for healthier living. The program enrollment fee also includes a one-of-a-kind workbook and all food and preparation items for creating their own delicious snack each week.
