Description
Take your young athlete's game to the next level! Our Sports Performance coaches have developed a foundational program to improve speed, agility, endurance, core strength and confidence. Choose any 10 classes (can come twice a week!) Tuesdays 5-6pm and Thursdays 5-6pm. Please meet in the aerobics room.
