Description	The San Jose Earthquakes Regional Development School (RDS) Programs are designed to bring professional experience and guidance to youth soccer players across Northern California. The Earthquakes’ professional coaching staff has created a curriculum to build the necessary foundation for your child to continue to grow in their love for the sport. The Prospects training program creates an environment that encourages experimentation and a passion for the game. Our goal is to provide technical training, the very building blocks of the game, in a fun and engaging environment. The Regional Development Schools, with cooperation from iSoccer provide a set of objective results that players can use to track their own personal technical development over time. Our Prospects Training Program is an age appropriate training method led by top SJ Earthquakes instructors. Each Training program is strategically designed to maximize each individual athlete's technical proficiency and tactical understanding of the game while maintaining a fun environment. Each participant will receive instruction from SJ Earthquakes professional staff coaches. Every player will also get 8 sessions, an iSoccer player account and (1) 2012 SJ Earthquakes home game ticket (Game TBD). RDS registrations are encouraged from both recreational and competitive boys and girls, aged 5 to 11. Become a Better Soccer player with iSoccer Each player will receive a iSoccer account which he/she can use to see progress, set goals, earn achievements and compare to other players—even elite MLS/WPS Professional players! Learn how to creatively improve your iSoccer Skills with over 500 professional training videos. What level of player do you want to be? It is up to you.
