REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE MONDAY MARCH 14, NOON Date: 3/28/2011 Venue: Harder Arena Events Include: * Pullups or Chinups for Reps * Weighted Pullup or Chinup * Dynamometer Hand Grip Strength * Standing Long Jump * Farmer's Walk Note: There will be an age-graded All-Around award for men and for women based on decathlon-like tables.
