St. Gabriel - Brennan Notes:
In a hard fought contest, neither team could pull away. The game continued past regulation with one overtime, but ended with the score tied. Both teams rebounded well and had plenty of shot opportunities, and the defense was stout for both teams. Andrew and Will had quite a few rebounds, but try as they might, they could not convert the offensive rebounds into points. Owen made a beautiful dribble drive to the basket, and Cole, Daniel and Bobby had several good goods which would not fall, as well as several good passes which would have been assists had the ball stayed in the basket. Jack, Joe and Michael played with great hustle and retrieved many of the loose balls that were bouncing around. It was a fun game to watch and hopefully the basket will be kinder in the next game!
