Highland Village Storm Notes:
Game is under protest to President of NTI. HVA protest was made on 2 grounds: 1. Failure of the umpire to end the inning after the HVA Storm's 8th batter was intentionally walked. Because the Storm had only 8 players start the game, the Storm had to take an out when the 9th batter was up because he wasn't present.
2. The Storm never had an opportunity to field 8 players even though their 9th player was on the grounds close to the dug out when the ump forfeited the game.
