| Game Summary | Dragons 12 Islanders 6 On a beautiful evening for baseball the Dragons started with some great play by the usual suspects. Christian C-B had another strong outing, allowing one hit and one run over the first three. Jake F., 2 for 3, 1RBI, 2 runs, Sam Y., 4 for 4, 4 runs and Jack C., 3 for 3, 5 RBI kept up their hot hitting in a 14 hit barrage. Cedric E. drove a double off the left field wall for another RBI. In a well played game by both sides, Jake F. was involved in several solid defensive plays. The Islanders’ Center fielder Jamie W. teamed up with their second baseman in a relay to throw out a runner aggressively rounding first after a hit to center. Matt L. contributed two hits for the Islanders, including a loud double, 2 runs and an RBI. |
