| Game Summary | BULLS BEAT DRAGONS; 1ST NITE GAME In their 1st night game of the season, the AAA BULLS defeated the Dragons, 16-5. Ben D-L. pitched 3 strong innings for the BULLS, allowing only 2 runs, & striking out 5 hitters. Alex W.& Khalif M. also pitched well on a cool night. The BULLS bats came alive for a 2nd straight game, collecting 13 strong hits. Lead off batter Alex W. had 4 walks; his brother Adam W. had 3 hits, including a triple with the bases loaded. Jason V. had 3 hits, and Khalif M. had a triple for the 2nd game in a row. The BULLS had good defense again. The game ended with a Dragons batter out stealing home. Another solid game by a rapidly improving team! |
