| Game Summary | BULLS EXPLODE; BEAT CANNONS The AAA BULLS beat the Cannons 21-1 on a fine Saturday afternoon, 4/3/04, at Back Caldecott. The BULLS bats exploded with 10 runs in the first inning on 8 hits & 3 walks. They scored at least 1 run in every inning. Alex L. led off the pitching with 3 scoreless innings. Joshua S. pitched well, & Khalif M. closed out the game with 3 K’s in the 6th. Khalif was one of the hitting heroes with 4 hits, including a triple to dead center. Joshua S. also had 4 hits & Jason V. had 2 doubles. The Bulls were strong in the field also. Adam W. turned a slick 6-3 double play, & Zachary H. made 2 tough throw outs from 2nd in the 5th inning. The second grounder bounced off his face & he still made the play! The BULLS continue to improve in all parts of the game. |
