Team Summaries	Phoenix Country Day Eagles Notes: No notes Desert Vista Thunder Notes: Great Game! After losing Senior Captain Cody Wood to an injury in the opening moments of the game the Thunder quickly fell into a 6-1 hole. Things were shaping up badly for the Thunder on this day but Desert Vista wasn't going down without a fight. Midway through the second quarter the Thunder defense clamped down and despite being man down nine times from the second quarter on (??) would allow only two more goals the rest of the way. Senior defensemen Blake Gantt and Parker Hilton along with Junior D-Man Blaine Coury played their best game to date and Senior goalie Chris Roszak played an outstanding game between the pipes. On the offensive side the Thunder were led by Senior Attackman Austin Clark. The stats say two goals and one assist...but as often is the case, the stats don't tell the whole story. Austin has been suffering from a severe back injury these past few weeks but refused to sit this one out. Words can't express how proud this young man made us feel on this day! Other notable performances were turned in by David 'The Ground Ball Machine' Ganz (0-1), Tom 'The Long Stick' Calo (0-1), Dan Yager (2-1), Gray Morrison (1-1) and sophmore stand outs Keith Rusin (1-0), and Frankie Connell (1-1).
