Marlins Notes:
After playing 22 games, the 2004 season came down to 1 game, the highly anticipated match-up between Thomas M. and Mike W. Both pitchers brought their 'A' game to the field, but the Marlins also brought their 'A' bats. The Fish jumped out to a 2-0 lead, played solid defense and never looked back. Led by 3 hits from Zach S., the Marlins pushed across a run in 6 of 7 innings on their way to securing the NOLL T.O.C bid. This is the Marlins 3rd trip to T.O.C in 6 years.

Extra kudos to the Rockies for playing as hard as they did, despite missing key players, and showing everyone why they were 15-4.
