| Team Summaries | Hurricanes Notes: An excellently played game between the Thursday practice partners saw a 3-3 tie into the 6th. Mikey W. engaged in a pitching duel with Ben P. and gave up three runs over 5 2/3. Lucas C. came in to throw 1 2/3 shutout innings to close it for the Canes. The Cats were pesky and applied pressure in the 4th, 5th and 6th. The Canes trailed 3-1 when Quinn K. delivered a huge two run single to right. In the bottom of the 6th, Jojo L. started a one one rally that saw Vincent D. drive him in with a smash to center, followed by a bases loaded single by Lucas C. and a suicide squeeze by Liam M. To give the Canes the cushion they needed. Other notables for the Canes were Omar RG with two hits and Aaron G. with two great at bats.
