Scrappers Notes:
The Scrappers, led by Daniel B's pitching, hitting, and good play in the field, were victorious over a tough Raptors squad. Daniel started things off in the first with a leadoff single and came around to score later in the inning. After a strong pitching performance by Parker I, Daniel came in to end the 2nd inning and pitch a shutout 3rd. Gabriel C and Evan F pitched the 4th and 5th close out the win.
There were some excellent plays in the field, including a couple of well executed underhand tosses on force plays at 2nd by Sam R and Caleb C.
