| Team Summaries | Rockhounds Notes: Jacob came out and tried to get out of the 1st inning but gave up a 5 spot. Rockhounds came back to tie the game in the bottom of the 1st highlighted by Jayson's RBI double. Jayson pitched a 1,2,3 second striking out al three batters. The Rockhounds were unable to capitolize on this and were also held scoreless in the second. Jayson started the 3rd but was lifted to preserve him for playoffs. Giann came in and got a pop up to 3rd base but was unable to get the elusive third out. CJ pitched the 4th and 5th giving up 2 runs. The Rockhounds tried to get the tying run in the bottom of the 5th but stranded him at 2nd base. Jayson started his last batter with 18 pitches. Mudhens Notes: |
