| Team Summaries | West Seattle Notes: West Seattle and Garfield played a spirited game at rainy Mosier Field, with host West Seattle prevailing 19-3. Playing in its second game of the season, a much-improved West Seattle team found early offensive production from several players in the opening quarter with a mix of fast-break and set offense goals. Seniors Elliot Trowbridge (4 goals), Liam Allan (3), Ashton Pieris (3) and Al Grupp (1) led a balanced attack for the Titans, with support from outstanding efforts by freshmen Max Bergseth (2), Logan Jackson (2) and Andrew Pieris (1). The West Seattle midfield kept much of the game on the Garfield side of the field, where Garfield keeper Elijah Karolsky notched 11 saves for the game. Garfield midfielders Ian Sander and Hank Halfaker both put in excellent work in the team's first game of the season. Sander led the game with 15 ground balls and scored one of Garfield's three goals.
