| Team Summaries | Grays Notes: The Rockhounds got out to a fast 10-0 start with some nice hits, generally putting the ball in play, aggressive base running an solid pitching. From innings 2-6 (yes we got six innings in and timed out in 2 hours!) the Grays settled down and scored 6 runs to the Rockhounds 2. Solid defense and good pitching ruled during this stretch with each team turning beautiful ground ball double plays. You gotta love the 6-3-5 double play and the unassisted 4-3. The guy behind home plate was pretty good too. Anyone get his name? Great afternoon of baseball enjoyed by all. Rockhounds Notes: |
