The T-Rats square off against division rival Sea Dogs in this midweek matchup. The T-Rats sent six different pitchers to the bump, and all six had strong outings. Stub gave up a couple on an infield error, but Fingers settled things down with a quick frame in the 2nd. Bulldawg walked a couple before striking out the 3rd and Lightning kept the door closed in the 4th with a 4-batter inning.

By the time the fog rolled in (the top of the 5th), the score was 4-3 T-Rats and both teams were nibbling cuticles. The T-Rats took advantage of a wild Sea Dog (do they exist in captivity?) to open up an 8-3 lead. Two scored in the bottom half after a bad pickoff throw got through everyone, but Clyde settled down to leave with an 8-5 lead. Stub got one back on his own with a walk and 3 quick steals. The Sea Dogs wouldn't go quietly in the 6th, but Thunder fought several patient batters and a mild case of frostbite to get through the 6th.

The T-Rats D was led by Verne who caught several clean innings and the O was led by Mango who reached base every time up and was a force on the basepaths.
