Team Summaries	Vashon Notes: North Kitsap has a good nucleus of players. Thanks for making the trip to Vashon and good luck to them. They are a classy team. N. Kitsap Notes: Congratulations go out to Vashon for a very 'respectable' win. The Vashon team is an impressive team... Their team is extremely diverse, including a female player who is totally competent, and their defense compliments their offensive skills. Their coach embraced the opportunity to give all of his players playing time and gain experience. Vashon players provided feedback & suggestions to NK's, and both teams spent very little time in the penalty box. When a team takes the initiative to mentor another team while on the field, (without spectators even knowing it) true sportsmanship is demonstrated. I would like to compliment the referee's for the consistent and well-balanced tone they brought to the game. Numerous players on my team were very glad to see that the referee's were not overly nit-picky which allows the game to flow more smoothly thereby creating a better game to play and watch. In fact, I did not hear any negative feedback about calls made by the referees.... that has to be a first.
