Team Summaries	Edmonds Notes: SCORING: S 8 2 5 1 -- 16 E 0 1 2 1 -- 4 LYNNWOOD, Wash. The Edmonds Chiefs fell to the conference leading Snohomish Panthers in very wet game at Lynnwood High School. Snohomish opened the game very strong with 8 unanswered goals in the first quarter led by senior midfielder Brandon Todd (4 goals) and junior attack Austin Tippet (3 goals, 2 assists). Junior midfielder Harrison Wartes added a goal and 4 assists along with 5 ground balls in a well rounded offensive package. Edmonds got their game going in the second quarter with a goal from junior attack Nick Peters (1 goal, 1 assist, 7 ground balls) assisted by freshman attack Conner Daniel and slowed Snohomish to 2 goals in the quarter. Snohomish rallied again in the 3rd with 5 more goals and kept the Chiefs in check to only 3 more goals for the game. Edmonds rookie sophomore attack Josh Schleisman put in his first goal ever against a tough Snohomish defense and sophomore attack Josh Rutz dodged from X for an impressive end-around goal in the 4th quarter. Snohomish goalie Tucker Cooper made 15 saves for the Panthers while Edmonds goalie Aric Bolinger raked in 10. Edmonds appreciates the solid play and good sportsmanship from Snohomish and wishes them good luck for the remainder of the season. Snohomish Notes: Sno 8 2 5 1 16 Edm - 1 2 1 4 Lynnwood, Wa - Snohomish jumped out to another early lead putting up 8 in the first stanza. They were led on offense by Captain Brandon Todd (Sr. M) 4 goals, Captain Austin Tippett (Jr. A) 3 goals and 2 assist, Devin Remlinger (Jr. A) 3 goals, Mike Gianola (Sr. A) 1 goal and 1 assist, Gabe Girgus (So. A) and Miles Russon (Fr. M) each added a goal. Harrison Wartes (Jr. A) returned to action and added 1 goal and 4 assists and Davyd Powell (So. D) pumped in 2 goals and 7 gb's to cap the Snohomish scoring. The Panthers had another solid night from their entire defensive unit lead by Captains Jared Booth (Sr. D) and Tucker Cooper (Sr. G). Paul Albertine (Jr. M) had a great night at the faceoff x winning 10 of 12 faceoffs and adding an assist. Edmonds was let by Nick Peters and Josh Rutz who added a goal and an assist each, and Josh Schleisman and Jordan Tindall added goals to cap the scoring. Aric Bollinger had 10 saves in the loss.
