Team Summaries Adecco Notes:
The refs didn't show up. At all. Not a good start to our first game. We had the typical first game mistakes, which were exposed by an already seasoned Cooper's team playing in their 4th game. We had the numbers but couldn't use it to our advantage, as we got stuck on the field too often with tired middies. On the bright side, we had some solid play by our middies and Timmy had some nice saves. It's good to see some numbers and the enthusiasm - if we keep it up we'll have a good season. Thanks for the good game Cooper's.

Coopers Notes:
Sunday's game against Adecco can be summed up in one word: Possession. Our middie lines stepped up and kept the ball on the offensive side of the field for the majority of the game. The attack maneuvered perfectly, and the the defense threw back every attempt by Adecco's offense, rooted by Matt Buffaloe's amazing work in the goal. Matt really stepped it up on Sunday and played an amazing game. We are a team that is blessed with a multiple talented goalies. Adecco turned out some impressive numbers this year as well. They have quite a few speedy devils running for them nowadays. Look for them to be pushing their ranking in coming seasons. Thanks to Adecco and the East Bank Saloon for hosting the post game party and one of the nicest local pubs in Portland!
