| Team Summaries | Rockhounds Notes: We had a good game but lost by a just a few. Dario had a great first outing on the mound and our pitching staff is now up to six very good arms and that will help tremendously as the season goes on. We’ll add a few more soon. Our defense definitely improved. It was great to see Lucas chase down a deep drive to left, turn and immediately throw it to his cut off man Ben, who seeing no one running, ran it in and threw it to Bryce on the mound. Just like we practiced. Our hitting and base running were also better. We’re getting there. Mudcats Notes: |
