| Team Summaries | North County Notes: Scoring Highline..........0 1 2 3 = 6 North County...3 1 2 2 = 8 This was truly a game of two halves. North County took an early 4 goal lead before giving up a goal with 17 seconds left in the first half. Highline came out in the second half strong, but the Cavs kept them at bay for most of the third quarter. After starting the fourth quarter with an illegal stick penalty, North County kept Highline off the scoreboard for three straight minutes, but Highline was relentless scoring the first of three straight goals right after the penalty ended, making the score 6-5. North County answered when it was needed scoring 2 goals late in the fourth to seal up the victory. What a Great game, Highline was a very good, young tough team to play, a lot of heart and a lot of hustle. Thank you for making the trip up north! Highline Notes: |
