What a great game! Snohomish game out of the gate and scored 12 seconds into the game on a Austin Tippett goal. The teams settled down a bit after that, until J.D. Chapman hit Zach Verbeck on a nice cut for a goal at the 6 minute mark in the 1st. About a minute and 1/2 later Tyler Paris scored on an unassited goal to put Woodinville ahead. Things got heated in the 2nd period, and that ended up costing Snohomish with 5 trips to the box. During the 2nd Austin Tippett finished a great feed from Josh Pedersen for Snohomish, and Britt Sanders scored on a nice pass from Tyler Paris and Daniel McKee finished a great shot on a Keaton House feed. The 1/2 came to a close with Woodinville up 4-2. Early in the 3rd Daniel McKee connected with Britt Sanders who finished the shot past Tucker Cooper, and later McKee scored on an unassisted goal putting Woodinville up 6-2.

Not quitting, Snohomish battled back starting with another Austin Tippett goal on a great feed from Jarrett Toy with 7 seconds left in the 3rd. Snohomish's defense tightened up and Tucker Cooper made 3 great saves in the 4th to keep Woodinville off the board. 34 seconds after his last goal, Austin Tippett finished another goal on a great feed from X from Devin Remlinger giving Snohomish the momentum and bringing them to within 2.

Both teams traded possessions for most of the 4th until Julian Sibley roofed a quick stick past Dalton Combs off a great Brandon Todd feed to bring Snohomish within 1 with 3 minutes left in the game.

Snohomish had a couple opportunities to score with less than two minutes left, but couldn't find the back of the net.

Great game by both teams. Best of luck in the playoffs to the Falcons.

Woodinville Notes:
Thanks for the great game Snohomish
Good defense on both ends.
13 saves from keeper Dalton Combs made the difference for Woodinville tonight.
