| Team Summaries | Blue Jays (Ogata-Royal Blue) Notes: The Blue Jays defeated the Cheese Puffs in a wild finals game 28-23. Although the team as a whole played with passion, it was the big three from Saturday that got it done again on Sunday to bring home the trophy. The Jays were once again lead by Jeanine Rivera who had a game high 16 points, she also added 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 6 steals. Rivera showed why she was the MVP of the Jays this season when late in the 4th quarter she hit a 12 footer off the glass and was painfully fouled on the ensuing play only to sink both free throws and seal the game 28-23. Briana St. Denis (9) added a season high 19 rebounds and 4 points including her own rebound and put back from a foul shot that put the Jays up for good 24-23. Although the team defense was great, the spirited play of Naomi Phillips (7), 4 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals once again shut down the right side post and confounded the opposition for the win.
