Pelicans Notes:
With 3 players from the two teams off on a school trip, the Reds and Pels met for the 2nd time in 3 nights.

Offensively, the Pels continued to cluster hits together. Malibu ended 4 for 5 with a double, and Squito laid down a great bunt single. Bass sacrificed a run home and Cornflake singled home another with a hard smash to center in the 6th.

The Pels' pitching, however, was the real story - Rhino locked up the Reds bats all night long, throwing 5 no hit innings and allowing just 2 walks and a ROE while striking out 6. Krusty hurled the final 2, allowing 2 hits and a walk to keep the shutout intact. Sarge converted a few dropped thirds into K-2-3 outs and Tigger received a spaghetti move from Krusty to erase one of the two hits in the final frame.
