| Team Summaries | Curtis Notes: Curtis: 5-4-3-4 (16) Stadium: 0-1-1-0 (2) Curtis: 1st Quarter: Curtis came out of the blocks showing that they were here to play. Alex Anderson put a big hit on Stadium's Martin Park after winning the initial face-off. Stadium got the ground ball after the hit and went down to the offensive side and moved the ball around for the first two minutes. Curtis got the ball after backing up an errant shot. Colby Carr drove to the left coming back to the right to finish scoring the first of his 3 goals. Alex Anderson showed that the hit on the face off was not an accident hitting Martin Park harder than the first face-off. This time Curtis came up with the loose ground ball. Curtis' Taylor Dean put up his first of 3 2 minutes latter. Quinn Moody scored the next two while Colby Carr finished the quarter with his second. Curtis 5 - Stadium 0 2nd Quarter: Quinn opened the 3rd with a goal after 2 plus minutes of ball control. His brother Riley not wanting to be left out followed with his first of two. After Curtis Goalie Mitchell Homeyer got a penalty breaking up a great fast break to a potential one on one, Bryce Busey put a side arm rocket over Curtis Goalie Tony Nigh's stick side shoulder. Colby Carr again finished the quarter with the final goal. Curtis 9 - Stadium 1 3rd Quarter: Alex Anderson again started the 2nd half with a great hit to open the second half. While Curtis lost the majority of the face-offs, they dominated ball control. After getting a pushing penalty Martin Park shot a 3/4 arm shot over Tony Nigh's stick from 20 yards out. Trying to build a run and keep the game close. Carson Stewart won one of only 2 of the game and Riley Moody added his second and final goal to stat that Curtis was not going away. Taylor Dean scored 1 minute latter to solidify the felling. Colby Carr once again put the last goal of the quarter of the game on the board. Curtis 12 - Stadium 2 4th Quarter: Curtis rookies got involved in the 4th with Brett Cunningham and Alex Larson each adding there first Varsity Goals of their carriers with Alex Larson adding his second. Alex Anderson scooped up a ground ball on one of the few offensive runs that Stadium had in the 4th clearing it and adding a goal to the hits and ground balls he showed he was very good at. The final 5 minutes of the game was a back and forth running contest with little ball control to finish the game.
