| Team Summaries | Red Wings Notes: The Red Wings rolled on Saturday in an early morning win over the Knights. Lucas Ognibene woke up the field with two huge hits, a triple and a home run. He led the team offensively with 5 runs batted in. Alex Besette connected for two singles, as did Adam Crampton. Marshawn Jaramillo, Aidan McNulty, Mitchell Schroeder and Gabriel Esler also had singles. Every Red Wing reached base. Schroeder set the tone on the mound with two strike outs in the top of the first, and continued to dominate with another two strikeouts in the second. The Wings then changed things up, bringing in new pitchers Sidartha Taruc and McNulty in middle relief. Taruc and McNulty each had a strikeout. Ognibene closed out the game on the mound, allowing just one hit. Wings were also strong in the field, catching three pop-ups and putting a runner out with a tag at second. Great job Wings!
