Team Summaries	Tacoma Notes: April 9, 2009 Tacoma,WA. High School Boys Lacrosse: Tacoma Lions defeated the Stadium Tigers 3-2 in the highly anticipated league game. Givanni Natalizio scored the first goal in the 2nd period assisted by Daniel Lee. Stadium tied the game but Tacoma pulled ahead with a goal scored by senior forward Matt Hilger. Stadium fired back with a goal for a 2-2 tie. Daniel Lee scored the game winning goal assisted by Givanni Natalizo. Senior Goalie Travis Jones had 14 shots on goal with 12 saves. The game started out strong with both teams defense shutting each other down. Teams went scoreless the first quarter. Tacoma got on the board first with a goal from Givanni at 9:03 into the second. Stadium was able to answer back late in the second with a goal from Drew Ramsey to go into the half tied at one. Stadium would find the back of the net first in the 3rd with a goal from Carter Chaffey. But Tacoma answered back quickly with a goal from Matt Hilger. The 3rd quarter ended with the teams tied at 2. The fourth quarter felt like an overtime with both teams going man down and both fighting hard for a goal. Tacoma was able to score and go up by one. Although Stadium played their hearts out and had the ball for the last shot they were unable to find the back of the net and the game ended Tacoma 3 Stadium 2. Great game and we look forward to the rematch.
