| Game Summary | With the help of a dynamic pitching staff, the Muckdogs defeated the Dragons 17 to 4 at Caldecott on Saturday afternoon under sunny skies. Right off the bat, the Muckdogs turned on the heat with a big double by Andrew Adams and aggressive base running. The team took the lead 3-0, while starting pitcher Jerry Feist kept the Dragons at bay in the first. In the second, the Dragons fought back and scored three. By the end of the third inning, with solid pitching by Dragons Simon Lunche, the contest was tight, with the two teams tied 4-4. In the fourth inning, the Muckdogs broke out with a rally on two outs. Diogo Villas-Boas and Isaac Sherman smacked the ball and Jerry Feist connected with a towering hit to left center to rack up another four runs. Muckdogs pitcher Ruben Drogin kept the Dragons quiet.
