Game Summary | In a wildly entertaining game on Saturday night, the Crunch and Stealth’s semi-final basketball game was a frenetic paced showdown that ended with the Crunch’s Galen Evans dribbling the entire length of the court to lay in a basket as the horn sounded to end the game, Crunch 37 – Stealth 35. Fourth quarter defensive – key steals by Jake Swinderman and Shane Taylor, two very important rebounds by Nicholas Solis turned into scoring opportunities for the Crunch’s Trevor Patrick and Galen Evans who was the Crunch’s high scorer (22). Matthew Conroy had 4 rebounds and 2 steals, Ben Fetzer played pesky outside defense while T’Aundre Smith made inside scoring for the Stealth very difficult. After a hard fought battle, the Stealth lost their final game of the year (37-35) to the Crunch. Adgar scored 15 points, pulled down 15 rebounds and had three steals. Tillman scroed 11 points, pulled down six rebounds and had 3 steals. Crayton scored two points and had a rebound while Voisenat scored two points. Nordin had a season high five points and 12 rebounds. |
