Game Summary	The same day the previously unbeaten New England Patriots (18-1) lost the Super Bowl, Spartans played excellent team basketball beating the previously unbeaten Gladiators (6-1) they were led by James LaFollette with 17 points , followed by James Camicia ( 15 points) who dominated the boards, and Michael Perri who chipped in 11 points. Gladiators played hard but never seemed to get in synch. Darryl Simbulan led the team with 12 points, followed by Massie Ayuby (10 points) and Elvidin Tudzihovic (nine points). Max Lytle hit a free throw and Emmanuel Boquiren contributed six points.
