Team Summaries Curtis Notes:
Lakeside: 0-1-1-0 (2)
Curtis: 4-4-1-6 (15)
Curtis came out of the gates fireing scoring two in the first minute of the game. Lakeside then did a great job of controling the ball on offense hold the ball for over 6 minutes of possesion with good shots. Curtis goalie Kwabena made some great saves and the Lakeside shooters missed there mark, but backed up the ball very well. Curtis got the ball back and controlled it for the last two plus of the quater scoring 2 more to end the first 4 -0 Curtis

The second quater started with Lakeside scoreing a quick goal in the first minute. Curtis responded by possesing the ball and scoreing a little over a minute later on two great dodges followed by a spin move by Niklas Carlestrom. Curis played good team offense for the next 5 minutes with good opportunities just off the mark, but great back up. Curtis scored 3 more to go up 8 -1. The last two minutes showed Curtis getting out of control and spending 5 minutes in the box. The man down did a great job holding Lakeside to 0 goals during that time. 8 -1 Curtis at the half.

The 3rd quater started with Lakeside winning the face and getting a fast break goal in the first 12 seconds. Curtis then showed they were in the run and gun mode. Lakeside had a lot of opportunities that the Curtis D and goalie came up big on. After a time out to settle the team down and get back to team offense Curtis steadied the ship and scored with 1:22 in the quater to finish the 3rd 9-2 Curtis.

The fourth quater showed many of the younger players for Curtis getting goals and playing a very controled team offense. Curtis scored 5 unanswered goals over a 8 minute period to finish the game with a 15 - 2 Curtis win.

Lakeside played a great ball controlled offense when they had possesion. Their shots were just off the mark or the Curtis goalie made big saves. A well played game with a lot of hustle and heart. Well done Lakeside.
