| Team Summaries | Curtis Notes: Issaquah 0-1-3-4 (8) Curtis 1-2-3-0 (6) A two half game that ended with Issaquah on top. Curtis came out ready to play. The first quater showed good ball movement and possesion on Curtis' part with a goal finally being scored by Andy Lehr from Jamie Yergler. The 2nd quater was again dominated by ball movement and possesion by Curtis who scored early in the 2nd to go up 2 - 0. Issaquah came back with a goal at the 5 min mark to make it 2 - 1 and then Jamie Yergler had an unasisted goal to put Curtis up 3 -1 at half. The first 7 min of the 3rd were dominated by Curtis putting 3 more goals in to go up 6 - 1. At this point Mr. Frye from Issaquah put the team on his back and took over. He assisted the first of 3 quick goals in the latter part of the 3rd and scored the last 2, to finish the 3rd with Curtis up 6 - 4. The 4th quater showed Curtis playing a run and gun style instead of the controlled offense that got them the lead. Issaquah took advantage of this and ran off 4 goals in a 3 min 20 second period. With 6:40 left in the game Issaquah was now up 8 -6. A defensive battle insued with no goals being scored and Issaquah showing their heart and athletisism to hold off an aggressive Curtis. Hats off to Issaquah for never quiting and showing the heart of a great team. Compliments to Mr. Frye for showing his team they were still in it and showing what a true leader he is.
