| Team Summaries | Curtis Notes: Roughriders 3-1-0-0 (4) Curtis 4-3-3-3 (13) Roughriders came out strong and had a great fastbreak goal to go up 1-0. Curtis seatled the offense and came back to score 3 in a row. Roughriders setteled the ship and put 2 of there own in next to tie it up 3-3 with 2:11 in the quater. Curtis came back to take the lead with 1:04 left. 4 -3 Curtis The second quater was a sloppy transition game for the first 7 minutes then Curtis possesed the ball and put 3 more in. Roughriders got a man up goal with 2:11 left in the quater to end the half. 7 - 4 Curtis. The third quater again showed lack of possesion for any length of time by both sides for the first 7 minutes. Curtis got out of the run and gun and played a setteled offense and scored 3 more in the last 4:30 of the quater for score of 10 - 4 Curtis. The fourth quater Curtis continued the possesion game and scored 3 goals in the first 5 min. The rest of the game was a defensive battle as the Roughriders played a possesion game and made great attacks at the cage. Final 13 - 4 Curtis Curtis Scoring was led by Jamie Yergler with 3 goals and 5 assists. Followed by Andy Lehr 4 goals 1 assist and Shawn Blaisdell 1 goal 4 assists. Freshman Taylor Dean came out of his shell to score 3 goals and 1 assist. Niklas Carlstrom showed the form of last year with 2 goals. Mike Brisky took most of the faceoffs for Curtis and won 90% and had 1 fastbreak assist off the face. Well done by the entire team.
