| Team Summaries | Texas Twisters U11 Notes: Game played under protest by Twisters. Leading by 1 run with 2 outs in the last inning (time had expired) the Twisters attempted to intentionally walk a batter by giving him ball 4. The umpire called time and said the pitcher must pitch the ball because 'we are playing professional rules.' When this was attempted the umpire called a balk on a pitch while the ball was not in play (time had been called) and his mask was off. This allowed the tying run to score. This rule has since been changed (or I should say the umpires have been informed of the correct rule) to where you do not have to pitch the four balls; first base is awarded to the hitter.
