| Game Summary | The Running Rebels played their best team game of the season. They had a season high 50 rebounds, led by Christine Nguyen (ten rebounds) and Gia Morten (twelve rebounds). Gia had five steals and a blocked shot as well. Jessica deMesa scored the highest with seven points, including a crucial 3-pointer when the Running Rebels needed it most. Jessica also had three assists resulting in four points for Zoey Shay who impressively had five offensive rebounds to keep the red Rebels in close range. Sabrina Ochoa took advantage of her quickness, grabbed five steals and scored four points. Daisy Vo and Cesara Ortiz, stood strong defensively and created numerous turnovers to keep the Running Rebels in the game. |
